For all direct bookings, with the exception of special & last minute offers, the following conditions apply:
To guarantee your reservation, we ask you to provide us with your credit card details. If you do not have a credit card, we ask you to pay a deposit of 10% of the booking price.
Cancellation free of charge by purchasing travel cancellation insurance, otherwise we reserve the right to charge your credit card.
- 14 to 8 days before the day of arrival: 10% of the entire stay
- 7 to 4 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the entire stay
- 3 to 0 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the entire stay
