Our new Apartments will be ready for occupancy from Spring 2024 and consist of two 2,5 apartments and one 3.5 room family apartment. The apartments are located in the annex of Hotel La Rocca, with separate independet entrances. Alla apartments offer breathtaking lake views and modern furnishings with focus on a Mediterranean cozy style, using materials such ad chestnut wood, Ticino granite, Northern Italian traverine, and turquoise colors.
Acces to all apartments is via stairs (not wheelchair accessible)
FAMILY APARTMENT 3.5 - 55m2
Two bedrooms:
- First bedroom with a double box spring bed (58cm), Elite Premium Comfort mattress with a medium - firm topper, and a private bathroom.
- Second bedroom with bunk bed box spring bed (200x90), with same amenities.
- Upon request: Firmness adjustement, king - size bed.

- Each bathroom features a spacious walk - in shower with options for a rain shower, waterfall, and separate hand shower, with a direct panoramic view of Lago Maggiore.

- Spacious living room overlooking Lago Maggiore, equipped with a sofa, an ottoman and a TV connected to Swisscom, offering the option to connect your own Netflix account.
