If you wish to leave before this time, we recommend that you settle your bill the day before. This will give you the flexibility and freedom to leave early in the morning. If you have an excursion planned for the day of departure, you can of course leave your luggage at the hotel.

No smoking
We would like to remind you that smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including the room balconies. Smoking is only permitted on the hotel's outdoor terrace.
10% Discount - Early Booking
Take advantage of an additional 10% discount on the daily rate! Valid for bookings made within 60 days before the arrival date.
Booking this rate requires payment of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking and the reservation cannot be cancelled or modified.
Payment can be made in cash (CHF, Swiss Francs), EC-Maestro, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, 50% in WIR, Postcard, or Reka vouchers.

Please note that payment in WIR cannot be combined with vouchers, discounts, or promotions.

To secure your reservation, we kindly ask you to provide us with the details of a credit card. If you do not have a credit card, please arrange for a deposit equivalent to 10% of the booking amount.

For all direct bookings, except special packages and Last Minute offers, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Free cancellation with the stipulation of travel cancellation insurance, otherwise we reserve the right to charge your credit card:
from 14 to 8 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total stay
from 7 to 4 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total stay
from 3 to 0 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total stay
We kindly ask all guests in possession of a hotel voucher or gift certificate to specify it at the time of booking. Vouchers not announced during booking or at least 1 day before arrival may not be accepted. If the voucher does not cover the entire stay, the remaining payment can be made in cash, EC-Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, or Postcard. Payment of 50% in WIR will no longer be possible.
Long-stay discounts are valid only for bookings made directly by email or phone. You will receive the long-stay discount and other special discounts even with online bookings made on our website.
The daily exchange rate is applicable for payments in foreign currency. A fee of 0.05 is deducted for hotel expenses. For payments made in foreign currency with a card, the exchange rate of the credit card issuer applies.
We have a sufficient number of parking spaces for all our guests.
Parking La Rocca
For all direct bookings, parking is included in the price. Otherwise, CHF 9 per day!
Parking Gambarogno
There is the possibility to reserve a semi-covered parking space in advance at the cost of CHF 15 per day, CHF 6.00 for direct bookings.
Electric Cars
Are you traveling with an electric car?
You have the opportunity to charge your electric car with us. We have an electric car charging station with a charging capacity of 11 kW/h (the same capacity as public stations).
Upon reservation, you can use our charging station at a price of 0.60 CHF/kWh. Please announce your need in advance for reservation.
We have a type 2 charging cable; if you require a different type of charging cable, kindly procure an adapter.

Pets are welcome, but we only have 2 beautiful rooms with lake views and a separate entrance into the room, so you can always be undisturbed. Please let us know at the time of booking.
Pets are always welcome on our terrace. Access to the Ristorante Panoramico and Bar La Rocca is not permitted. During the summer, you can reserve a table in our restaurant.
Please inform us at the time of booking; this request is also only possible for direct hotel bookings by telephone or e-mail. At the end of your stay a final cleaning fee of CHF 50 will be charged.
